- $50 fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
- $50 lockout fee if we are unable to access the home during the scheduled cleaning.
- $95 minimum per visit
- We request, when possible, all Client’s fragile or valuable items should be put away before cleaning.
- Price is subject to change if condition of house or scope of work differs from status originally agreed upon
- One time cleanings require a card on file.
